Service Description

What keeps you from reaching your full potential? What is in your mind that causes you to worry? How can you achieve the best version of yourself? How can you be contempt with yourself and your surroundings? These are some of the most important questions that our individual therapy attempts to untangle. We will use your unique self as the axis of a fully customized therapy. Together, we set both short-term and long-term goals that would allow you to reach your best self. We will work together on identifying, targeting, and changing unhealthy mindsets and behaviors. We will dive into your soul in order to discover what keeps you from achieving your full potential. Depending on your needs, we would likely address among other, the following topics; childhood experiences, attachment schemas, events causing trauma, and learned patterns. We will introduce you to healthier habits while making sure your emotional world is also onboard for this journey. While we address your needs and work on your goals together, we will rely on 2 pillars: self-confidence and motivation to change for the better. Self-confidence (within healthy levels) is an effective tool to use in every arena of a person’s life. It allows us to believe in our abilities and take healthy risks. Self-confidence is the ingredient that can elevate our entire emotional world leaving us with tangible improvements in our social and personal circles. That takes us to the second pillar, which is the motivation to change for the better. No important change can ever occur without one wanting and welcoming the change. We are the authors of our lives and subsequently we get to choose what to change and what to keep the same. It is important to reach a balance between being satisfied with our lives and wanting to improve. Room for improvement is always available and ready to rent. With your permission, we will shift your perceptive to a significantly more positive one, which will lead to meaningful improvements in your life. At The Centre for Mental Health we will help you discover and hold the key to the most important door, the one of a contempt life.
