It has been shown that those who have used steroids in the past had a competitive advantage over those who had never used steroids before," said Dr. Jeffrey Miller, a former federal drug enforcement agent and president of the International Society for Sport and Exercise Science. "Now if you tell them you've used that same illegal drug, many people will turn around and say, 'Well, you were high as a kite back when you were doing it.'"It's a huge problem," he added.
